Walkathon

Dear Members and Friends of the International Missionary Society of the Canadian Field,

Following the postponement of our 2nd annual 5K Walkathon, due to the recent wildfires, the Good Samaritan Department in collaboration with the Youth Department are pleased to announce that the Ontario event has been rescheduled for September 20, 2026.  

The Ontario event will be held at the same location as last year:
Location: James Gardens 
99 Edenbridge Drive, Etobicoke, ON, M9A 3G4
Time: 11:00 am EST
Refreshments: Served after the walk
Logistics: You will find the pledge form attached to message, or you may obtain physical copies of the form from your regional coordinator. Please seek to obtain sponsored donations from your friends and family. Complete the form and bring it with you to the Walkathon, along with your collected donations.

To show unity, we encourage everyone to wear a white T-shirt. If you attended last year’s event, please wear your Good Samaritan white T-shirt.
Note that the Regional coordinators will provide participants in other provinces with the date, time and location details for their specific events separately.
